Southern Nanny Company helps Houston-area families find childcare that fits their household, schedule, and children’s needs. We provide full-time and part-time nanny placement, babysitting and backup care, and newborn and night-care support. Our placement process begins by learning about each family’s schedule, parenting priorities, home environment, and expectations before screening and presenting caregiver candidates. We also support families through candidate review, interviews, trial days, and placement decisions, with additional experience matching caregivers for multiples and special-needs situations. Families can choose full-service nanny recruitment or use our Nanny in a Box digital hiring toolkit when they prefer to manage their own search with structured guidance and resources. Southern Nanny Company serves Houston and surrounding communities. Founder and owner Hilarie Rock brings experience from multiple sides of the childcare relationship, as a nanny, a parent, and a parent who has employed a nanny, to the company’s family and caregiver matching process. She works as a recruiter and limits her active workload to a maximum of 3 client families at any single time to ensure individualized attention.
