About the Business

I’m Kyenna, a freelance copywriter and content strategist helping small businesses, solopreneurs, and growing brands figure out what to say, where to say it, and why it isn’t working yet. I write website copy and landing pages, build email campaigns and sequences, and work with brands that need their messaging to sound like an actual human business—not something assembled from a collection of vaguely impressive marketing phrases. Most of my work sits in B2B, SaaS, wellness, and finance, but I’m also very willing to learn a new industry. Research is kind of the point. Sometimes you don’t need another rewrite. You need someone to look at the whole thing and tell you what’s underperforming and why. That’s where my content audits and strategy work come in. I review websites and existing content through the lens of copy, SEO, AEO, accessibility, audience, and business goals, then turn that into an actual prioritized plan—not another content calendar destined to live untouched in a Google Drive folder. Website projects can include full-site copy, homepage rewrites, landing pages, product and service pages, about pages, and launch copy; email work includes welcome and nurture sequences, newsletters, launches, re-engagement campaigns, and ongoing retainers. Everything is remote, so Boise is home base, not a boundary. Projects start with discovery and a look at what you already have, followed by an agreed scope and timeline, writing, review, and refinement. The goal is pretty simple: clearer strategy, stronger words, and content that knows what job it’s supposed to be doing.
