About the Business

Elaren Advisors helps owner-operated small businesses identify operational problems that consume time, reduce margins, and make the company overly dependent on the owner. Led by founder Devin Casey, we begin engagements with a structured operational Diagnostic that examines workflows, data, and business processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement. From there, we can implement targeted solutions such as workflow redesign, dashboards, AI-enabled tools, documentation, SOPs, and team training. We also provide ongoing fractional operations and Chief AI Officer support for businesses that need continued guidance after the initial improvements are made. This can include technology and tool evaluation, vendor selection, team coaching, quarterly business reviews, and continued systems improvement as the company grows. Based in the Phoenix Metro area, Elaren Advisors works remotely with clients across the U.S. and focuses on owner-operated businesses with less than $4 million in revenue.
