About the Business
Dr. Michele Henry provides dating and relationship coaching for women who want to break unfulfilling relationship patterns and approach dating and relationships with greater confidence, clarity, and self-awareness. I draw on my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and dual certifications in Health and Life Coaching, along with approaches that include positive psychology, habit change coaching, appreciative inquiry, and mindfulness. My work focuses on helping clients better understand their patterns, values, fears, and relationship goals while developing practical steps toward the relationships they want to create. I offer personalized one-on-one coaching for women at different stages of their relationship journey. The four-week program focuses on self-discovery, self-esteem, confidence, relationship patterns, and clarity around an ideal partner, while the 90-day intensive goes further into values, relationship-building skills, decision-making, and creating healthier patterns. Programs include an initial strategy session, personalized coaching sessions, tools and exercises, and ongoing guidance and accountability. My coaching is focused on personal development and actionable goals rather than therapy.
