Cirik Partners works alongside small business owners and founders to diagnose what is working, identify barriers to growth, and build a stronger foundation for the business. Led by founder Enrique Ramos, we examine areas such as the business model, offer, pricing, revenue structure, market position, and growth path before developing a prioritized strategy and roadmap. Clients work directly with Enrique throughout the engagement. Once the strategy is clear, we can also help execute the work the business needs to move forward. Services include website design and development, digital marketing such as SEO, paid advertising and social strategy, and ongoing content and blog creation. Retainer engagements combine consulting with implementation, while standalone options include website projects, digital marketing setup, content packages, and strategy sessions. Cirik Partners is based in Woodbury and serves the Twin Cities while also working remotely with clients across the U.S. The firm intentionally maintains a small client roster and offers a free discovery call as the first step for prospective clients.
