About the Business
Ivory the Doula provides personalized postpartum support for new parents and families throughout the Denver metro area. I help families navigate the transition after a new baby arrives with emotional and physical support, newborn care education, feeding guidance, and practical help at home. My services include daytime postpartum support, overnight newborn care, prenatal preparation, and lactation counseling. My approach centers on supporting the whole family, not just caring for the baby. Depending on each family’s needs, support may include infant soothing and basic newborn care, breast or bottle feeding guidance, sleep support, sibling transitions, baby laundry, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and establishing routines as parents prepare to return to work. Virtual support is also available for families who need ongoing access to guidance by phone, text, and email. I trained with the Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association in 2016, received a Certified Professional Doula accreditation from AlloTribe Academy in 2019, and became a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Healthy Children Project in 2021.
