About the Business
Inside the Cubicle™ provides career coaching for corporate professionals who want a more strategic approach to career decisions, workplace challenges, and advancement. Led by Samantha Cook, we draw on her 10+ years of experience at Amazon/AWS and Microsoft to help clients navigate salary negotiations, performance improvement plans, career transitions, interview preparation, LinkedIn positioning, resumes, promotions, and other high-stakes career decisions. Our one-on-one coaching includes focused 30- and 60-minute sessions as well as a multi-session corporate career strategy package. Depending on the engagement, clients may receive a career audit, compensation strategy, resume and LinkedIn review, written action planning, interview support, scripts, and follow-up guidance. We also offer downloadable career templates focused on areas such as performance management, counteroffers, and salary negotiation. We also work with universities, companies, and organizations through career workshops, professional-development programs, and speaking engagements. In-person programs are available across the Seattle–Tacoma area, while individual coaching is delivered virtually to clients nationwide and internationally.
