HR Mami Career Coaching helps first-gen professionals, working moms, Latinas, and other career-focused professionals gain clarity and confidence in their next steps. I’m Janet Martinez, a bilingual career coach and experienced HR professional based in Dallas. Through virtual 1:1 coaching, I help clients clarify their career direction, identify strengths, create practical action plans, strengthen their job-search approach, and make career decisions that align with their goals and lives. My career-support services include mock interviews, application audits, resume feedback, and offer reviews. I also work with small business owners who need HR support without an in-house HR professional, offering HR audits, employee handbook and job-description development, job analysis, HR advising, and safety and HR workshops.
