We also assist with loan and real estate signings, including single loan closings, as well as will and living trust packages. Courier and apostille services are available by quote. Johnathan states that he is a licensed and bonded Texas notary public, has been background checked and screened, and is certified by the National Notary Association as a Notary Signing Agent. Mobile appointments include a separate travel charge, with mileage calculated from Dallas ZIP code 75218. Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, holiday, airport, hospital, nursing-home, or other special-location appointments.
