About the Business

Exquisite Delites Catering Company is a family-owned catering company serving the greater Atlanta area. Led by Chef Eric Centeno and Sandra Centeno, we create personalized culinary experiences for weddings, corporate gatherings, private celebrations, and TV and film productions. Our menus are customized around each event, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and Chef Eric's globally influenced “Global Southern Cuisine.” We work closely with clients on menu planning, dietary accommodations, service style, event logistics, and vendor coordination. Our catering capabilities include personalized tastings, plated and other event service formats, full bar service with professional bartenders, and menus that can accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests. For weddings, our team also coordinates with selected vendors and rentals, while our production catering adapts to filming schedules, changing locations, and the dietary needs of cast and crew. Based in Decatur, we cater throughout the greater Atlanta metro area and bring our culinary and service team to event locations. Chef Eric is a graduate of Baltimore International Culinary College and is identified by the business as a Certified Raw Vegan Chef and Certified Health and Nutrition Counselor. Our team also brings multilingual communication to the client experience. One of our team members is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, Spanish, and English, and is currently learning Amharic and Hindi, helping us connect with clients and guests from a wide range of backgrounds.
