About the Business
Domira Home Care provides non-medical in-home support for adults 18 and older, people recovering from surgery or illness, individuals living with disabilities or cognitive decline, and families who need dependable caregiving assistance. Founded by Nick Julian, the agency provides personalized care plans and caregiver matching based on each client’s needs, routines, preferences, and schedule. Dignity Protected. Independence Preserved. We focus on consistent caregivers, thoughtful matching and proactive oversight. Four-hour visit minimum. Medication reminders only. No Medicare or Medicaid. Long-term care insurance reimbursement depends on the policy. We provide hands-on personal care, companion care, homemaking assistance, Alzheimer's and dementia support, post-hospital and post-surgery recovery assistance, and extended-hour or overnight care. Support may include bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, safety supervision, and transportation to appointments. Domira provides non-medical care rather than skilled nursing or clinical services. Our caregivers serve families throughout North Texas, including communities across Collin County, Denton County, and northern Dallas County. Plano, Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, Little Elm, The Colony, Aubrey and nearby North Dallas. Care begins with a consultation and assessment, followed by an individualized care plan and caregiver match, with ongoing communication and oversight as needs change.
